Coconut and Mango Thai Pizza

This pizza features a tangy sesame ginger sauce and is topped with grilled chicken, juicy mango cubes, red bell pepper and toasted coconut.

Ingredients

1 (12-inch) pizza crust par-baked

2 tbsp bottled sesame ginger sauce

2 cups Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes

1-½ cups grilled chicken breast cubed

¾ cup mozzarella cheese shredded

¼ cup red bell pepper cut into julienne strips

½ cup toasted shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 550°F.
  2. Place crust on pizza pan; spread ginger sauce evenly over crust.
  3. Layer pizza with mango cubes, chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, and red bell pepper.
  4. Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until heated through.  Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
